Below
is the floorplan of our Manhattan 41 with a slight change to ground
floor. The ground floor's lounge and study area will be turned into a
master suite which is highlighted in red.

Our Land
The first step in our plan to build a house was to actually purchase a
piece of land big enough to fit a double story home. Our 505sq metres corner block...... :)
